What we are studying,
before we build it.
Four candidate modules: the Digital Product Passport, supplier management, ESG tenders, FDES and EPD. We are opening them for discussion, screens included, while there is still time to change our minds.
The framework is law. The detail is not.
Three facts that explain why we are opening this now, and why nothing is settled yet.
The regulation exists
Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 has been in force since 2024. Passport obligations arrive product category by product category, through delegated acts.
Textiles are still open
The textile delegated act is expected late 2027, followed by a transition period. The mandatory dataset is not settled today.
Open data
The passport must rely on open, interoperable, machine-readable formats, without locking the company into one vendor.
Which one would help you first?
Each module is designed down to the screen. Open it in the prototype.
Passport
Build, complete and file the product record: persistent identifier, data carrier, field completeness, evidence, EU registry submission, and the public view behind the QR code.
Supplier management
Manage your suppliers: supplier directory, collection campaigns, a portal in their own language, ESG commitments, and an emission factor exchange where a supplier publishes once.
Tender
Bids where ESG decides the score: Klem reads the tender documents, extracts every requirement with its article reference, scores what is covered, then the team drafts the response together.
FDES and EPD
Produce and keep current the environmental declarations of your construction products: plant data, LCA model under EN 15804+A2, third-party verification, publication on INIES or an EPD programme, alerts before expiry.
Concept screens with fictional data, shown for discussion. Neither the scope nor the availability date is committed.
What is missing, what you would cut.
Your message goes to the product team. It is not published on this page and no other visitor can see it.
Tell us which one matters to you.
A module you would not use is a module we will not build. Write to us, or book a slot to talk it through.
